NEW Nerf Rebelle Powerbelle blaster - Batteries Required!

"Batteries not included"

Thanks to Robert Stone for this heads up on the answer to the "Batteries not included" message in the Nerf Rebelle video promo we saw recently unveiled.

That's the image i'm speaking about, we had speculated (and rightly!) about the range opening up back when we first got the heads up from Hasbro on the site launch.

A Walmart exlcusive, it's a little puzzling how it has found its way into the Argos.co.uk Autumn/Winter 2013 launch catalogue. So with the US holding rights to Dart Tag - are we to see other chains upgrading and reworking blasters to get them on their own shelves? Fans can only win/win in this situation right? Furthermore... does this now mean we could expect battery operated blasters? Oh boy.

A Rebelle Speedswarm anyone?

What can we get from the box art? Well it comes with 10 collectible darts, A blaster sling, A dart pouch and the blaster itself. It has the Elite range confirmed - so it's more than a simple repaint/reshell - question is what else does Hasbro have in the works to make it in to the Rebelle range?

Original Dart Tag Speedswarm:

I would love to see the Swarmfire get a make over !

  1. I'm going to have to say pass on this one aswell. Plus if this is boasting 75 feet ranges and the Speedswarm not even close to that range it's either a false marketing technique or they actually did something and the dart tag line may get a elite boost.

    1. If it's based on the blue trigger version then 75 feet sounds accurate.

I said in My Speedswarm review that the blaster looks like a feminine product. Coincidence? Most likely.

    2. The Speedwarm was Blue triggered to begin with, and it din't get anything close to elite ranges.

    3. Are you talking about the Speedswarm with Dart Tag Darts? Because mine can hit ranges similar to stock Elite blasters with Elite Darts

  2. Well, we already had blue-trigger dart tag blasters, right? These are pink trigger!
